The logo for the 2015 Relay for Life of Greene County will be unveiled at a short but festive program next Thursday, March 10, at noon in the courthouse rotunda in Jefferson.
The logo will be the centerpiece of the Relay T-shirts and will be featured on promotional materials. It is once again designed by AAI graphic designer John Sigler as an in-kind donation to Relay for Life.
Teams are invited to come see the logo and share a bit of Relay camaraderie. This is the 20th Greene County Relay, and memory books of previous Relays will be showcased.
All businesses and organizations that have committed to sponsor the 2016 Relay are encouraged to have a representative at the logo event, as the sponsor photo will be taken.
All those attending the Thursday event are asked to wear purple to show support for cancer research and survivors during the 15 minute event.
The Relay for Life of Greene County will be during the day Saturday, April 23, at the Greene County Community Center.
